Evergreen College’s Food Service Worker prepares the students to work in the dietary departments of hospitals, long-term care facilities, retirement homes, group homes, and other healthcare settings. The average salary for a trained Food Service Worker is $22 CAD per hour.
Employers of food service workers usually seek a person who has completed a college diploma with additional certifications such as Smart Serve Certification, Food Handling Certification, Crisis Prevention Training Certification and Police Clearance Check. Evergreen College offers all!
